Refund Policy

We want you to love learning on SmartLms-Pro. If a course is not the right fit, here is how we handle returns.

7-Day Full Refund

Full refund if requested within 7 days of purchase, provided less than 20% of the course content has been consumed.

Partial Credit

Between 8-14 days, we offer 50% credit back to your SmartLMS wallet for future course enrollments.

No Refunds

After 14 days or if a certificate of completion has already been issued, no refunds or credits will be granted.

Eligibility Criteria

  • 01.The request must be submitted via the Support Ticket system in your Student Dashboard.
  • 02.Course materials (PDFs, Source Code) must not have been downloaded extensively.
  • 03.Refunds do not apply to subscription-based ALL ACCESS passes or discounted bundle deals.

Processing Time

Once approved, refunds are processed back to the original payment method within 5-10 business days.
